This machine adopt PLC control with touch screen、frequency control of motor speed and memory function, with manual and automatic two operation types, can choose manual or automatic operation separately, the grinding part can be selected independently. The stone feeding can choose continuance or discontinuity. Equipped new conveyor frame、three electric presssure lever, install waterproof and dustproof universal wheels, with back board connection function can continuity process stone’s each edge. Automatic lift adjustment can sync setting. It can make rough grinding、fine grinding and polishing with different size and thickness stones in one time, It’s mainly used for grinding R shape, flat edge with chamfering, up and down both side with R shape, up and down both side chamfering, the effect after processing is high brightness and no drawing, the maximum processing speed is 4m/min. This machine with high precision、quick efficiency、simple operation、convenient maintenance and eliminates the defacts of manual processing.
